About the Role   As the Sales & Onboarding Supervisor, you will lead the team responsible for growing our 4W fleet. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the Sales Reps to drive sales, and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new riders.   What You'll Do Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales Reps. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and onboard new riders efficiently. Identify new channels and opportunities for growth. Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the rider onboarding process, ensuring all documentation, training, and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time. Performance Analysis: Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs. Use data to identify trends, address challenges, and optimize processes. Collaboration: Work with the Fleet Lead and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new riders from onboarding to active operation. Reporting: Prepare and present weekly sales and onboarding reports to senior management. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset. Experience in the mobility, logistics, or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Success in the Role Looks Like The sales team consistently meets or exceeds rider acquisition targets. High conversion rate of new applicants to onboarded riders. Seamless and efficient onboarding process. High team morale and low turnover. Accurate and insightful reporting.
