Our UK-based client in the e-commerce industry is seeking to employ an Inbound Sales Agent to join their team. This opportunity is entirely REMOTE, requiring a reliable home office setup. Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years of inbound sales or customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner. Proficient in using CRM platforms and online communication tools. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace for remote work. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and efficient manner. Convert inbound leads into confirmed sales through active listening and persuasive communication. Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about policies and procedures. Record all customer interactions and sales accurately within the CRM system. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to improve sales techniques and enhance the customer experience. Manage post-sale follow-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
