Job Description:We are looking for passionate and dedicated Online ESL Teachers to provide engaging and effective English lessons to students of all ages. Teaching materials and training will be provided to ensure a seamless and enjoyable teaching experience.Responsibilities:Teach English to students aged 5-18, as well as adults, via online platforms.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the learning experience.Qualifications:A reliable PC and a stable internet connection (mandatory).TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred).Previous teaching experience, especially online, is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working Hours:Flexible scheduling, with peak teaching hours between 5 PM and 9 PM (Beijing Time).Benefits:Competitive pay, with additional incentives for demo lessons and working with younger learners.Referral bonuses for successful candidate recommendations.Work remotely and enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule.Application Process:Interested candidates should send their resume and a short video introduction (mandatory).Employment Type: Part-TimeSalary: $7.00 - 15.00 Per HourEmployment Type: ContractorSalary: $ 8.00 15.00 Per Hour
