We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with woodworking machinery and an eye for precision and detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain CNC woodworking machinery, including:
  • Automated Beamsaw
  • CNC Nesting Machine
  • 6-Sided Drill Machine
  • Edge Bander
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, cut lists, and production plans.
  • Ensure components are cut, drilled, and edged to exact specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform machine setup, calibration, and tool changes as required.
  • Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and report any mechanical or software issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a woodworking or cabinetry environment.
  • Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and optimize cutting layouts.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and safety awareness.
  • Basic computer literacy; experience with CAD/CAM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
