Our client is an innovative U.S. design-build company focused on architectural excellence and sustainable craftsmanship. Their team combines creativity and structure to bring design concepts to life, emphasizing precision, detail, and visual storytelling across every project.

About the Role:

The Graphic Designer will bring the company's brand and design ethos to life through both digital and print media. The role requires a creative, detail-oriented designer who can balance aesthetics with function, work collaboratively with leadership, and take feedback constructively to produce high-quality visual work.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, and social media graphics.

 Create visually engaging print and digital layouts, including signage and branded collateral.

 Collaborate directly with the founders on creative direction, typography, and color palette alignment.

 Translate ideas into cohesive, polished visual assets.

 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

 Implement feedback efficiently and professionally.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or strong portfolio of design work.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.

 Strong creative eye and understanding of design principles.

 Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.

 Bonus: Illustration or hand-drawing skills.

 

Interview Process:

2–3 stages including a portfolio review or short creative exercise.
