  • Assessing all applications through screening and arranging calls and interviews. This will include logging all applicants within a recruitment tracker for ongoing review and data analysis.
  • Monitoring and managing the dedicated People inbox, dealing with initial candidate and staff queries, and delegating out to the appropriate team member as necessary.
  • Working alongside colleagues throughout the entire search, selection, and placement process, assisting with all aspects of candidate care, from application through to feedback stage, and preparing standard offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assisting in the onboarding experience for new starters by making welcome calls, scheduling induction sessions, and being available for any questions.
  • Delivering inductions to new staff from our Head Office and ensuring each new starter has been added to Office Vibe and LinkedIn Learning for inclusivity.
  • Ensuring that right to work, DBS, and driving licence checks are carried out for all relevant staff.
  • Providing monthly reports to the P&C Director on various recruitment trends.
  • Providing support to team members as needed and in support of your development.
