, you'll play a pivotal role in opening doors for our clients at executive level, fueling multi-million-rand decisions, and shaping sales strategies across industries like automotive, technology, security, and industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted research on companies, decision-makers, and market segments to support sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain accurate lead lists, verify contact information, and ensure compliance with data-protection laws.
  • Engage confidently with executives and decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn to validate insights or secure next steps.
  • Translate research into clear, actionable intelligence for sales and business-development teams.
  • Escalate challenges proactively, offer creative solutions, and work with urgency toward campaign deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers and project leads to ensure research output aligns with client goals and campaign protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1+ year of
    presales, research, or market intelligence experience
    (corporate, academic, or B2B environment).
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable engaging senior executives professionally and confidently.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel reporting, PowerPoint presentations, Word documentation).
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethical decision-making, and accountability under pressure.
  • Experience in
    automotive, technology, security, or industrial sectors
    is an advantage.
