The Bible Society of South Africa NPC (BSSA) has been translating, publishing and distributing Bibles

in South Africa since 1820. The Bible Society of South Africa's mission is to provide

affordable Bibles for everyone, in their own language and in suitable formats,

so that all may experience the life-giving message of the Word.

The abovementioned full-time career opportunity is currently available at the BSSA. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, detail-oriented and strong problem solver who can work in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the effective management and administration of BSSA's finances by ensuring that the BSSA adheres to all relevant Financial legislations and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Degree: BCom Accounting / SAICA / SAIPA
  • Completed Articles with an Audit / Accounting company
  • Relevant experience in Management and Leadership
  • At least five years' experience in a leadership role within Accounting
  • Advanced knowledge MS Office and relevant Accounting systems
  • Practical knowledge of computer networks, systems and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of relevant financial legislation and regulations
