About the Role

We're looking for a
driven and dynamic Sales Agent
to help expand our growing portfolio of managed properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for signing up new property owners, landlords, and investors to our platform by showcasing the value of FPS's professional management and marketing services. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident closer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is passionate about property, people, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively source and engage potential property owners through various channels.
  • Present FPS's rental management model, demonstrating its financial and operational benefits.
  • Secure new property listings through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of leads and consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads.
  • Represent First Property Stays professionally at all times, both in person and over the phone.
  • Dial and manage potential leads using the company's CRM platform.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in
    sales, business development
    , or
    property/hospitality
    industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong closing ability and a confident, persuasive personality.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient with the ability to work independently.
  • Own transport is advantageous.
