Client Services Banking Administrator
Johannesburg
Payment Processing:
Prepare, set up, and verify payments accurately and within deadlines
Follow established payment procedures
CCM Management:
Manage CCM beneficiaries - additions, updates, and maintenance
Handle CCM scheduled incomes/payments (new/amendments/cancellations)
Open new CCM accounts
Manage queries related to CCM non-resident accounts
Forex Transactions:
Process inward and outward Forex payments
Liaise with internal teams and to ensure correct execution of transactions
Banking Queries and Support:
Respond to and resolve client and internal banking queries efficiently
Maintain accurate records of banking instructions and correspondence
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in finance/commerce/economics (post-grad an advantage).
Regulatory: RE5 required
Basic understanding of financial markets and investment management
Minimum 2 years' experience in a banking or financial administration environment
Experience working with computers and in CRM software - Salesforce advantageous
Experience working on a banking platform (Investec CCM experience advantageous)
Strong understanding of payment processes and banking controls
