To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Advanced Analytical & Statistical Skills: Ability to apply statistical methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, and design of experiments to analyze technical data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Reliability Tools & Software: Strong command of platforms like SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI to manage data, generate insights, and support reliability engineering processes.
- Product Reliability Expertise: Deep understanding of reliability risk management, failure mode avoidance, and corrective/preventive action systems to ensure product durability and customer satisfaction.
- Effective Problem Solving: Skilled in structured problem-solving approaches that identify root causes, implement robust solutions, and prevent recurrence of product issues.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally, build networks, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric & Global Mindset: Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions while considering global perspectives and valuing diverse viewpoints to drive innovation and results.
