Salary Range: $1800 - $2200 USD ($) per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and depends on the candidate's interview result, skills, and experience.)

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a Project Manager and Portfolio Coordinator to support cross functional initiatives and help stand up a lightweight PMO structure. This individual will manage several smaller projects while also maintaining a consolidated portfolio view for leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority across multiple departments.

This role supports strategic initiatives such as product category launches, new sales channel development, acquisition integration, and other cross functional work. You will manage day to day project execution while maintaining visibility across the entire portfolio. You will also ensure leadership has real time insights into risks, dependencies, resource needs, and overall progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the master portfolio planConsolidate all projects into a single source of truth with timelines, milestones, and dependenciesUpdate the portfolio dashboard regularly and ensure information accuracyIdentify risks and conflictsFlag resource constraints, timing issues, and cross team dependencies earlyPartner with team leads to mitigate issues before they impact deliverySupport governance processesHelp define a simple prioritization and review cadence for active projectsPrepare materials and schedule portfolio or leadership review sessionsReporting and communicationCreate concise, executive friendly summaries including what is on track, what is at risk, and whyProvide visibility across 3 to 6 departments involved in product and channel initiatives

Qualifications:

4–7 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or portfolio coordinationDemonstrated experience leading cross functional work without formal authorityStrong organizational, analytical, and reporting skillsComfortable working directly with PMO leaders and senior executivesProficient with or similar project management toolsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly structured, detail oriented, and proactive

Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or system implementation projectsExposure to organizational change managementPMP certification (or working toward one)
