We are seeking a
Recruitment Administrator
with at least two years of recruitment experience to support our growing team. This is not an entry-level position — you'll need to be confident in your understanding of recruitment processes and ready to handle a busy, varied workload.
You will use your recruitment knowledge to ensure smooth campaign delivery for our clients. You'll be hands-on with our ATS, manage job postings, write engaging adverts (this will help sharpen your marketing and copywriting skills) and support customers directly.
This role will give you the chance to work with recognised brands and fast-growing businesses while applying your industry expertise every day.

Responsibilities
- Set customers up on our recruitment ATS.
- Post job adverts across leading job boards.
- Write optimised and engaging job adverts that attract quality candidates.
- Respond to client queries quickly and professionally.
- Edit and update adverts through the ATS and job boards.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide updates.
- Send welcome emails and ATS logins to customers.
- Monitor marketing inboxes daily.
- Keep CRM records updated accurately each day.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
