Electrical Technician (Automation)

We're seeking an Electrical Technician with expertise in switching and home automation systems (like Legrand etc) to help bring our projects to life across private, commercial, and hospitality spaces.

What You'll Do

  • Install, configure, and maintain Legrand automation systems in high-end residential and commercial environments
  • Integrate lighting control, switching, and home automation with broader experiential lighting concepts
  • Collaborate closely with our design and product teams to execute lighting DNA plans with accuracy
  • Interpret technical documentation including CAD layouts, schedules, and scene-setting plans
  • Engage directly with clients and site professionals to troubleshoot and advise during installations
  • Perform on-site inspections, testing, and quality assurance for all automation systems

What You Bring

  • National Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in automation and electrical systems, ideally with Legrand systems
  • Strong understanding of lighting control, home automation, and system integration
  • Comfortable with on-site problem-solving, customer communication, and collaborative teamwork
  • A calm, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
  • Driver's license & willingness to travel to project sites

Nice to Have

  • Experience with KNX, DALI, or similar smart home technologies
  • Familiarity with luxury residential or boutique hospitality installations
  • Wiring certifications and health & safety training
