Job Responsibilities
Strategic Key Account Development
Drive Hikvision's entry into supplier lists of government departments, police forces, and major state-owned enterprises. Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from bidding to payment collection.
Organize regular technical workshops to strengthen brand and product awareness among clients.
Industry Ecosystem Building
Identify and establish partnerships with top-tier local system integrators. Build a Hikvision ecosystem alliance and jointly develop go-to-market strategies.
Cutting-edge Competitiveness
Participate in HQ-led technical training programs to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the market.
Project Acquisition and Quick Wins
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong capabilities in project acquisition and execution. A result-oriented approach with fast project cycles is expected to ensure 100% achievement of sales targets.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Industry Experience: 3+ years in security/IT hardware sales, with experience leading security projects valued at over USD 500,000 preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Government Project Experience: Proven track record of helping brands win major government contracts or enter government shortlists (please include specific strategies and case examples).
- Strong Client Acquisition Skills: Experience in developing top-tier industry system integrators or consistently generating client pipelines.
