Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Site Supervisor / Project Manager based in the City of Cape Town. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of construction and fitout projects, managing timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and construction teams, liaising with clients, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring timely handovers. The role requires proactive leadership and vigilant quality control to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Site Supervision skills.
  • Knowledge of Interior Construction processes such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities to liaise with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with design and build processes, particularly in workspace fitouts and furniture procurement.
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills to address and mitigate on-site challenges.
  • Ability to lead and oversee on-site teams while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Experience in managing turnkey fitout and design projects is non neg.
