FLEET CONTROLLER
(Dedicated Subbies)
Job Summary

  • Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc.)
  • Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers.
  • Track orders and deliveries.
  • Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency & finding ways to improve productivity.
  • Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition.
  • Become competent and proficient on the TMS system.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Computer literate
  • Excel (compulsory)
  • Experience in fleet management (controller) will be an advantage
  • Own Transport
