Our client Ikusasa Technology Solutions is seeking a passionate IT Instructor and a Full Stack Developer to join their team.

Ikusasa Technology Solutions is a black female-owned ICT training and digital innovation company focused on bridging the digital skills gap in underserved South African communities. They design and deliver learning platforms, enterprise solutions, and digital tools that enhance education, employability, and community development.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training across multiple ICT disciplines, including End User Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Makers Curriculum, Minecraft Education (STEAM-focused), and other related subjects.
  • Facilitate both theoretical and practical sessions for high school learners, unemployed youth, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments according to accreditation and curriculum standards.
  • Support learners through mentorship, progress tracking, and skills development.
  • Ensure training quality, compliance, and alignment with MICT SETA and other accreditation standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and international ICT certifications.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ICT instruction or related industry role.
  • Recognized international certifications such as CompTIA (A+, N+, Security+), Cisco (CCNA, IoT), or Microsoft (MOS, Azure, etc.).
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Education (advantageous).
  • Experience delivering training to diverse audiences (youth, students, professionals).
  • Knowledge of Digital Makers and Minecraft Education Edition preferred.

  • Able to work weekends and travel when required.
