An Expert DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes and Rancher, with a strong passion for building resilient, automated CI/CD pipelines and maintaining a highly available infrastructure Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters across production and non-production environments using Rancher.
  • Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments for both backend (C#) and frontend (Flutter) applications.
  • Oversee the release management process across all environments, including Development, SIT (System Integration Testing), and Production, ensuring stability and consistency.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to safeguard system health, performance, and uptime.
  • Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate environment provisioning and configuration.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure issues, enhance system reliability, and improve application performance.
  • Manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of core system components, including RabbitMQ, Redis, and PostgreSQL databases.
Job Experience and skill required 
  • 5+ years experience in a DevOps Engineer position 
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and proven experience building automated pipelines with tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, AWS DevOps 
  • Solid understanding of core development concepts, source control (Git) and scripting (eg Bash, Python) 
  • Experience with deploying and managing RabbitMQ or other message brokers. Familiarity with the build and deployment pipeline for C#/.NET applications
