Role Overview
The
Strategic Account & Marketing Lead
is a strategic and client-focused role that bridges the gap between client relationships and marketing execution. This person serves as both the
primary point of contact for clients
and the
strategic lead for campaign planning, performance, and optimisation
. They ensure that marketing efforts align with client goals and deliver measurable results while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal agency team.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Lead regular client meetings and presentations.
- Work closely with the CEO to manage contracts, budgets and scope of work.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and propose new initiatives or services.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and results.
- Provide clear and detailed briefs, including budgets, timelines and deliverables
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop integrated marketing strategies that combine brand, digital, content, and paid media efforts.
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and deliverables.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Oversee campaign implementation and performance optimization.
- Analyze results and prepare data-driven insights and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, technologies, and tools to inform client strategies.
Internal Collaboration
· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Work closely with Traffic Managers
to prioritise workloads and timeline, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain smooth project flow across departments.
· Communicate client feedback and strategic priorities clearly to internal stakeholders.
· Support business development and pitches when needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience
& Background
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a hybrid role within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns and client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (creative, digital, content, paid media and commercial marketing).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly.
- Proven experience managing clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting marketing metrics.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire collaboration across teams.
Nice-to-Haves:
· Middle East experience
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and project management software
