Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic English Teachers from South Africa to join our online teaching team. In this role, you will conduct 1-on-1 and small group classes (1-4 students) for learners in Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia using our provided lesson materials.

  • Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Hours
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Pay Rate: Depending on class type and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging English lessons online to students in Southeast Asia.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 or small group classes (1-4 students).
  • Utilize provided teaching materials effectively (no lesson planning required).
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain a professional learning environment.

Requirements

  • Passport required for contract & salary.
  • Language: Clear, neutral English accent with strong proficiency.
  • Equipment: Laptop, webcam, stable internet connection, and a quiet teaching space.
  • Availability: Minimum commitment of 2.5 hours per week during peak hours (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM Vietnam Time), for at least 3 evenings per week.
  • Qualifications: TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible Schedule: Classes run from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Vietnam Time).
  • Class Duration: Sessions range from 25, 45-50, 60, to 90 minutes.
