Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Secunda for a Timekeeper. The Timekeeper will be responsible for accurately recording employees' work hours, ensuring compliance with attendance policies, and maintaining accurate timekeeping records. On a day-to-day basis, the Timekeeper will monitor and process timekeeping data, resolve any discrepancies, and collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. The Timekeeper will also provide support for employee inquiries related to time and attendance.

Qualifications

  • Timekeeping skills to accurately record and manage employee work hours
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for effective interaction with employees and HR teams
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve employee inquiries
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in timekeeping software and spreadsheets
  • Experience in payroll or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
