About the Role

We are seeking a detail driven and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has started their accounting career and is eager to grow within a supportive environment

Responsibilities

  • Capture and process daily financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts
  • Assist with reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Assist with month end close procedures
  • Prepare basic financial reports as required
  • Liaise directly with our Headquarters in China on finance related matters
  • Support the finance team with administrative and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin confidently (non negotiable)
  • Minimum 1 year bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification (certificate or diploma)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality
