Your Role:

As an IT Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising SharePoint, cloud servers, and M365 environments to enhance digital collaboration.
  • Providing general IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth system functionality.
  • Assisting with PC hardware, software installations, and user support.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and security best practices.

What You Need:

Competencies: Self-directed, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and strong time management.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of SharePoint, Cloud Servers, M365, and Azure.

Experience: Familiarity with PC hardware, Windows, Office, and other popular software.

Education: Matric with IT-related training.

Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license.
