The position of Fleet Administrator has become available at the Europcar Depot in Bloemfontein.

This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

The purpose of the position is to ensure that all fleet administrative duties are completed timeously and to the required standard in order for fleet efficiencies to be realized and business risk to be controlled.

Minimum Experience

  • 2 years of relevant administration experience

Minimum Qualification

  • NQF Level 4

Minimum Requirement

  • Valid unendorsed driver's license
  • Computer literacy with high level of accuracy. Intermediate level of MS office

Job Outputs

  • Capturing of non rev movements on the system
  • Workshop dispatch / collection administration
  • Ensuring all claims are captured prior to depot entry and panelshop collection
  • Etag Stocklist capturing and controlling
  • Defleeting and Upfleeting admin duties
  • Fleet related administration duties (Service due / License Expired updates / Tracking Unit etc )
  • Fuel capture and verification
  • Filing and other ad hoc administrative dutie
