Job Title: Crypto Social Media Growth Manager (Twitter / CT Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a Crypto-native Social Media Growth Manager, someone who lives and breathes Crypto Twitter (CT) and understands the pulse of the meme coin community. This isn't a traditional marketing role; we're looking for someone who has organically built and engaged crypto audiences through content that truly resonates with traders, investors, and degens alike.

If you've scaled crypto accounts from 0 to 50K+ followers, can write viral threads, and understand what makes CT tick — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Crypto Twitter Growth

  • Create viral-style threads and short-form posts around memes, trading psychology, and market narratives.
  • Engage with major CT accounts daily — reply farming, joining trends, and sparking conversations.
  • Manage and grow @InvestorsColl and related pages to 50K+ followers using organic tactics.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, shoutouts, and community interactions.
  • Analyze engagement data to optimize tone, frequency, and posting strategy.

2. Cross-Platform Strategy

  • Repurpose CT content for Instagram Reels and TikTok with the video and design teams.
  • Identify and suggest viral trends, meme formats, and narrative-driven clips.
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all social platforms.

3. Community & Narrative Building

  • Develop engaging content around challenges such as $100 → $1M trading journeys and meme coin success stories.
  • Monitor CT trends (e.g. $TRUMP, $MOG, $PNUT) and create timely, momentum-driven content.
  • Support the growth of Discord/Whop communities through social funnels, giveaways, and DMs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing at least one Crypto Twitter account to 20K+ followers (provide examples).
  • Deep understanding of meme coin culture, crypto narratives, and trader psychology.
  • Strong copywriting skills with mastery of hooks, curiosity gaps, and CT-style tone.
  • Familiarity with Twitter automation, analytics tools, and engagement strategies.
  • Comfortable working independently, posting and engaging 100–200 times daily across multiple accounts.

  • X (Twitter) + TweetDeck (X Pro)
  • CapCut / Notion / Google Sheets
  • Basic Canva / Figma for memes
  • Understanding of crypto trading, meme coins, and CT influencer networks
