Anax Group, a leading and rapidly evolving player in the logistics and automotive support services sector, is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Corporate Services Manager to join the Office of the CEO.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for integrating and managing all corporate support functions across the Group, including Legal, IT, Communications, Administration, Facilities, and Security, while also acting as the internal liaison to the outsourced Company Secretary. The successful candidate will support governance excellence, operational efficiency, and professional brand representation across all entities within the Anax Group.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate governance, compliance, and administrative functions across the Group.

· Serve as the internal liaison to the outsourced Company Secretary, ensuring timely preparation and submission of board and committee packs.

· Manage the Group's IT systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

· Oversee internal and external corporate communications, ensuring alignment with brand governance standards.

· Supervise office administration, facilities, and security to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

· Manage the reception and front-office environment, ensuring professionalism and client service excellence.

· Coordinate executive reports for the CEO's office, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

· Champion policy compliance, contract management, and document control.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Management, Law, or Corporate Governance.

· Postgraduate qualification in Governance, Risk, or Compliance (GRC) will be advantageous.

· Minimum 8–10 years' experience in a corporate or governance management role, with at least 5 years at managerial level.

· Proven experience in board coordination, compliance, IT oversight, and internal communications.

· Strong knowledge of corporate governance frameworks (Companies Act, King IV, ISO Standards).

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital reporting tools.
