Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily targets.
  • Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required.
