Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives located in the Durban Metropolitan Area. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored vehicle solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from start to finish, achieving sales targets, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on Kia products, and ensuring excellent customer service. Sales executives will be expected to generate leads, conduct test drives, and promote financing options where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience and proficiency in negotiating and closing deals
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of automotive products and sales techniques relevant to new and used vehicles
  • Organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate sales documentation
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • A valid South African driver's license
  • Experience in the automotive industry or related sales field is advantageous
  • A professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
