Brighterly is a young EdTech company with a real startup spirit. We are building a math learning platform for kids in the US market. Our tight-knit and experienced team of 40+ professionals has already built a successful EdTech business in the past.

With Brighterly, we are confidently growing in the kids' education niche, teaching children ages 6 to 12 how to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and understand basic algebra and geometry.

Everything is engaging, highly personalized, and guided by professional tutors.

Over the first 3 years, we've gained 2,500+ happy clients who use Brighterly to help their children succeed in math.

We're Hiring: Sales Agents (All Levels)

We're looking for enthusiastic and empathetic Sales Agents with Advanced English, ready to work with inbound B2C leads from the US market.

What You'll Do

  • Work exclusively with incoming leads (no cold calls)
  • Guide potential customers through the sales process
  • Help parents understand the value of our EdTech platform for their children
  • Convert leads into happy clients

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a similar role (sales, customer support, etc.)
  • Strong empathy and communication skills
  • Energetic, persistent, and results-driven
  • Experience working with customers (online or offline)
  • Advanced English (spoken & written)
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
  • Team player attitude

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques
  • Experience using CRM systems
