or
Social Media Expert
to Identify Top Real Estate Agents and Brokers to book them into our Discovery Call Interview each week.

Please note that this is not a salaried HR position. Please do not apply if this is what you are looking for.

This position offers you the opportunity to use your previous recruitment expertise to recruit estate agents and commercial brokers nationally for Northpoint Realty Group on a
freelance basis.

Please only apply for this position if:

  • You have a successful track record of recruiting and head hunting at an Executive level.
  • You are an expert in active outbound headhunting as well as passive social media advertising.
  • You are comfortable with raising your expectation to exceed your previous success and income.

Remuneration

Earn 3% of your Agents Sales and Lease production every month for 24 months

EG. Earn R 27,000 per agent per year for 2 years when they sell 7 properties @ R 2 million for the year

  • On target earnings for 10 Placements (R 270,000 per year)
  • On target earnings for 20 Placements (R 540,000 per year)
  • On target earnings for 30 Placements (R 810,000 per year)

Responsibilities

  • Actively source and qualify candidates from our national database
  • Select candidates that match the criteria and Book them into a 1on1 or group Discovery call
  • Help facilitate the Follow-up call and close
  • Help facilitate the on-boarding process
  • Maintaining strong relationships with your placements
  • Work to improve recruitment efficiency
