Graphic Designer – Content & Marketing (Part-Time, 2–3 Days Per Week)

Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)

Commitment: Part-time, 2–3 days per week (Full-time possible)

We're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to design social media content, brochures, presentations, and short-form videos that reflect a professional yet modern brand identity.

What You'll Do

  • Design LinkedIn and social media visuals, carousels, and short-form videos (Reels/Clips)
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and digital ads
  • Assist with the visual identity of campaigns and brand guidelines across channels
  • Collaborate on content planning and creative concepts for weekly posts and campaigns
  • Edit and repurpose content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Support the team in maintaining a consistent, high-quality look across all branded materials
  • Use ChatGPT or other AI tools for brainstorming creative ideas and headlines

What We're Looking For

  • Graphic design qualification or certification (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years' experience in design or marketing content creation
  • Experience designing for B2B audiences or corporate campaigns
  • Strong command of Canva, plus familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video)
  • Eye for layout, color, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines independently

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience designing for finance, tech, or professional service brands
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn design formats and best practices
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (ad creatives, CTAs, engagement design)

Job Types: Part-time, Graduate

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
