As an
Expert Electrotechnician
, you are responsible for one department within our whole machine area. You are the first technical point of contact for this part of the machine area and act as a specialist. You work completely autonomously, but can call on a mechanical colleague to assist you when needed. You can also always rely on the machine manufacturers and your technical supervisor. You solve urgent problems, adjust machines and fine-tune them further.

The daily challenge of minimizing downtime is your ultimate goal. You will join a modern and fully automated production environment where you carry out technical interventions on state-of-the-art machinery.

As an
Expert Field Coach in Electrotechnics
, you have knowledge of
PLC systems
(understanding and recognizing PLC structures), and you can detect and solve electrical and mechanical faults. AC/DC motors, sensors, frequency inverters, network and bus systems, components such as diodes, resolvers, encoders, safety relays and capacitors are all familiar to you.

You can also read and interpret
electrical diagrams and plans
. You set the necessary priorities for interventions while also following the daily action list (checking lubrication plans, preparing scheduled interventions, visually inspecting machines, etc.). In addition to electrical problems, you are also capable of identifying and resolving hydraulic and pneumatic issues. You report accurately to your technical supervisor and ensure proper documentation is kept in the library. After a training period, you will know the functionality, operation, tuning and settings of the various machines.
