**Role Description

Role description**
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Real Estate Agent/ Property manager at Grove Properties with flexibility for some remote work.

The role involves managing property transactions, potentially leading a team of property advisors, fostering client relationships, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are looking for senior Residential sales agents and property managers with a track record of delivering exceptional results.

We offer an excellent commission based remuneration structure with ample opportunities for growth and a excellent team, ample support and culture.

Your focus area and sector can be anywhere in the Western Cape, so get in touch if you fit the profile.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Proven track record in property sales and acquisitions
  • Familiarity with property management practices
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field a bonus
  • NQF4 and active FFC
