Role Summary and Impact

We're seeking a multi-talented motion designer with a flair for 3D animation and a passion for creative innovation. If you can bring stories to life through motion, immersive design, and cutting-edge digital skills, this role is for you. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across online, mobile, and social media platforms, and confident using AI tools to support productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations.

• Contribute to ideation and campaign development with fresh, visual thinking.

• Create and optimise 3D models, environments, and animations.

• Collaborate closely with creative and development teams.

• Work across the full project lifecycle: concept, design, build, delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (required)

• 3D Software: Blender (preferred), Substance Painter/ Mari

• 3D capabilities including modelling, retopology, UV unwrapping, basic rigging and animation

• Typography, layout, grid systems, and colour theory

• Understanding of web and social platforms

• High attention to detail and quality control

Bonus Skills (Advantageous):

• Unity or Unreal Engine

• Javascript /

• GLB / GLTF file optimisation

• AR experience

• Experience creating content for AR/VR platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant motion design experience

• Some degree of 3D animation and design ability

• Previous experience in an advertising or digital design environment

• Familiarity with the demands of digital content and campaign rollouts

• Strong creative portfolio and motion design showreel

• Own transport
