Industrialisation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the industrialisation of new products, processes, and technologies in line with company strategy and customer requirements.
• Oversee process development, validation, and optimization to achieve production readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Develop and maintain robust production processes, work instructions, and documentation to meet quality and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for industrialisation projects.
• Support customer audits, technical reviews, and product launches.

Key skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (advanced qualification advantageous).
• Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in industrialisation or process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably composites or automotive/aerospace.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, process optimisation, and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and deliver within tight deadlines.
