Duties & Responsibilities Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise scaffolding teams on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks to Chargehands, Fixers, and Rope Access teams.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Inspect completed scaffolding structures to ensure stability and compliance.
  • Maintain progress reports and communicate with site management.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in scaffolding supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk assessments, and rigging principles.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage deadlines.
  • Clear criminal record & medically fit for duty.
