Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Lead Generator / SDR to drive outbound sales efforts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other AI tools. You will focus on researching prospects, sending cold emails, managing follow-ups, and setting meetings with prospective clients for the agency's services. Strong writing skills and a passion for research are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and build prospect lists.
Create and send cold outreach emails and manage email flows.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance messaging and research.
Engage on social media by liking and commenting on relevant posts.
Schedule meetings for agency team members with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up tasks in CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar roles.
Strong writing skills for cold email outreach and follow-up sequences.
Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)(must have a LinkedIn account)
Experience or certification with CRM tools (Airtable), HubSpot preferred but not required.
Familiarity with cold calling is a plus but not a core responsibility.
Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and organization.
Marketing agency experience or previous lead generation in agency settings is a strong advantage.
Comfortable using AI and automation tools to optimize workflow.
