Step Ahead Educare is looking for a organised, and warm-hearted Cook to join our team. If you enjoy preparing simple, wholesome meals and creating a welcoming kitchen environment for our learners, this could be the perfect role for you.

Main Purpose of the Job

To prepare daily meals for our learners while keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well-managed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing daily meals with care and consistency
• Following our cleaning roster to maintain a neat and hygienic kitchen
• Completing grocery sheets (daily/weekly/monthly) to help with planning
• Following a simple schedule to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Reporting any broken or faulty equipment as soon as possible
• Keeping updated inventory sheets for:

o Kitchen furniture

o Cleaning equipment

o Tools and appliances

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: R1 650,00 - R2 000,00 per week
