Are you someone who can:

Process Analysis & Design

  • Identify, document, and analyze end-to-end business processes.
  • Map As-Is and To-Be processes to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Review existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
  • Apply process management frameworks and governance standards.
  • Ensure alignment with audit and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with business units, SMEs, and project teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements.
  • Communicate process changes clearly and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Quality & Risk Management

  • Monitor process performance and identify gaps.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Ensure processes meet quality standards and mitigate operational risks.

Innovation & Adaptability

  • Suggest innovative ideas to streamline processes.
  • Embrace technology-driven solutions for automation and efficiency.
  • Stay curious and continuously learn new methodologies.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or National Certificate in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in process analysis, mapping, and improvement.
  • Process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automation and digital transformation principles.
