  • To lead a team of care staff that in clinical practice and ensure residents rights to privacy, dignity and safety are actively promoted.
  • To demonstrate effective communication skills with residents, their families and management
  • To actively supervise and monitor care practices, identifying and responding appropriately to the changing needs of residents and ensure their care needs are met.
  • To undertake all nursing care required in accordance with care policies
  • To be fully aware of emergency procedures
  • To be aware of SANC code of conduct and adhere to them at all time
  • To ensure all medications are ordered and stored, administered and disposed of in accordance with SANC act of 2005
