Role Description
This is a full-time role for an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, located on-site in Midrand. The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and working alongside the E-Commerce Operations Manager in the daily operations of the e-commerce platform and the attendant digital architecture, as well as assisting where and when required to ensure smooth order processing and handling of customer service inquiries. The role involves coordination with different departments, managing inventory, streamlining workflow, and ensuring operational efficiency. The individual will also assist with administrative tasks and support business growth strategies.
Qualifications
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and associated tools and infrastructure: Shopify; BobGo; Pargo: Google Ads; Facebook Ads; Google Analytics, to mention several core ones.
Proficient in customer service and communication skills.
Experienced and willing to perform administrative assistance tasks.
Ability to work onsite in Midrand.
Must have a driver's license and own transport.
Fluent in English.
Applicants who do not have Shopify, Woo Commerce, Megento or related ecommerce platform experience will not be considered.
