The Support Technician is responsible for the 1st line support to customers. This includes general user support and platform-specific responsibilities and duties to ensure systems are operational and always maintained. Duties and tasks are done mostly remotely from the office however onsite callouts etc are to be expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Customer support on the service desk

· General user support

· M365 management

· VOIP Telephony

· Onsite Support

· Assisting with achieving a satisfactory resolution to any issues or problems a customer may be experiencing.

· Proactive Monitoring of services (Connectivity)

· Microsoft Windows 10, 11 Operating Systems

· M365 Management (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive)

· Networking (Switch, VLAN, Mikrotik)

· Knowledge of monitoring systems (PRTG, ZABBIX a bons)

· Microsoft Applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive)

· RMM Tools (Kaseya, Solarwinds)

· Telephony support (VOIP)

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Preferred (A+ N+)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in an IT Support role

· Client liaison and customer service principles

· Time management

· Teamwork

· Ability to multitask.

· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

· Must have good telephone manners and communication skills.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and analysis.

· Willingness to learn and follow through on operations.

· Troubleshooting ability & quick learner for recurring problems

· Flexible with working hours availability to work after-hours.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION:

· Office Hours are from 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

· Mostly in the office however onsite and remote work does occur.

· Candidates must have a reliable mode of transportation
