We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a vast range of human resource functions and driving culture initiatives within the organization.

  • Manage disciplinary processes, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate medical aid and pension enrolments.
  • Support skills development, EE reporting, and training initiatives by facilitating regular admin staff training sessions
  • Liaise external partners on staffing and compliance matters
  • Drive company culture initiatives
  • Work closely with and report directly to top management.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • 3–5 years' generalist HR experience.
  • Solid knowledge of South African Labour Law.
  • HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in handling disciplinary hearings and CCMA matters.
  • Strong ability to manage conflict and disciplinary situations effectively.
  • Solid understanding of HR legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work fast and efficiently
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Working times: 08:00 – 17:00
