About the Role
We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
to expand our network of
Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and local partners
across Southern Africa. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the forex industry, strong regional connections, and the drive to grow a dynamic, values-based brokerage brand.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and partnerships
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships
Negotiate commission plans and local campaigns
Monitor partner performance and deliver revenue growth
Represent ComoFX at local events, expos, and webinars
Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to support IBs
Stay ahead of competitors and market trends
Requirements
3+ years in forex, CFD, or financial brokerage business development
Proven experience in IB or affiliate acquisition
Strong network in the African trading community
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms and online payment systems
Self-motivated, remote-ready, results-driven
