Are you a driven commercial banking professional with strong expertise in credit cards, virtual cards, and B2B payments? Our partner is looking for a talented Commercial Sales Specialist to support the expansion of their commercial payment solutions across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales content including email templates and pitch scripts.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value commercial customer and merchant prospects.
  • Lead sales discussions and pitch commercial card solutions (credit cards & virtual cards).
  • Present card acceptance solutions to merchants.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and ensure activation and first usage.
  • Drive operational onboarding of new merchants.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend improvement actions.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management.
  • Train and enable internal sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to performance management framework enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience in banking, card sales, or acceptance operations.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and corporate card products.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support sales teams with the right tools and resources.
