About the role:

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive (Digital Partner) to fuel revenue growth by partnering with new clients and opening opportunities in untapped markets. In this role, you'll focus on generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing high-value deals that highlight our international capabilities. This is a hands-on position for a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and research new business opportunities across target industries and regions
  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and industry events
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies to open doors with decision-makers

Pipeline Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Track progress through each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement
  • Use CRM tools to document activities, monitor performance, and ensure data accuracy

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Lead client interactions from first contact through negotiations to signed contracts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Position the company as a trusted partner by articulating value propositions and solution benefits

Sales Execution & Closing

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations in collaboration with marketing and technical teams
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to secure high-value deals
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and events that support pipeline growth
  • Share client insights with leadership to help shape go-to-market strategies

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline health, and target achievement to leadership
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking forums, and client events to strengthen market presence

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in B2B or enterprise sales with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and exceed targets
  • Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Independent, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset
