Overview

We are seeking a junior–mid level Graphic Designer focused on production work. This role is dedicated to assembling pre-made, on-brand Figma templates and executing high-volume email production in Klaviyo. No new concept design is required — the work centers on accuracy, consistency, and speed.

Key Responsibilities
Design Production

  • Assemble and update pre-made Figma templates, swapping images, updating text, and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Design emails using a modular Figma system (no net-new design work).

Klaviyo Execution

  • Work daily across multiple Klaviyo accounts to build:

    • Opt-ins

    • Campaign emails

    • Automated flows

  • Execute all tasks following established templates and SOPs.

Revisions & Updates

  • Make requested edits to creatives in Figma and in Klaviyo.

  • Maintain precise file naming conventions and follow tight SLAs.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the internal coordinator via Slack.

  • No client-facing communication; only written English required for internal updates.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working in Figma (template-based workflows).

  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo (email builds, flows, opt-ins).

  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and process adherence.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

  • Good written English for internal communication.
