Junior Operation Manager - Talent Pool
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our organization. In this role, you will assist with managing internal processes, coordinating across departments and ensuring smooth communication with both clients and stakeholders. You will play an important part in maintaining efficiency, monitoring workflows, and helping identify areas for improvement.

  • Exposure to client-facing roles or stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Additional certifications in project management or operations (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
