We're hiring a Scheduler to join our team in the Stellenbosch office.

  • Responsibilities: Giving an excellent service to Clients and Key Accounts so that they have a seamless and simple scheduling experience.
  • Answering queries quickly, within 48 hours at the latest.
  • Making sure all deliverables are within NSF and scheme owner timelines.
  • Reaching the budgeted audit count monthly.
  • Optimizing auditors' schedules to increase utilization and reduce travel costs.
  • Booking travel 1 month in advance, at a minimum.

Ensuring all data is accurate and validated.

  • Qualifications: Experience in scheduling, planning, logistics, customer service or administrative roles.
  • Efficient and effective communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • A self-starter who gets things done.
